I have babies

Who knew I could have babies, at my age. They are so cute, I could just eat them up, but I'm going to give them some more time to grow, first.

I honestly did not know how it would turn out. Would these babies grow in a potentially hostile environment? Would the temperature ever go above 80 degrees? Would it ever stop fucking raining? It was iffy, and it still is with some of them - I doubt the eggplants are going to make it. But everything else is growing and throwing blooms! Even the tomatoes are getting ready to flower.

I'm so excited, which is ridiculous considering everyone in the country, outside of New England, is already eating straight from their garden. I'll take what I can get, because I really enjoy the process. Will you look how pretty my babies are?

Lucky you! I don't even have blossoms yet. Always was a late bloomer. Ha! The only thing I'm eating out of my garden is spinach...baby spinach. :)

Nice! We're getting tons of blooms on things but nothings turning into veggies. It's been too wet. We just bought some tomatoe set hoping that going to help.

I know the feeling. Here on the plains we have finally gotten a zuchinni. Albeit, a small one, but a zuchinni nevertheless. And, there's more on the way! Screw the grocery store veggie department...for a couple of months anyway.

I go wild when I make babies. ESPECIALLY the kind that don't make me change their diapers.
